Please be sure that you have paid your first invoice. If this is our first project together, please sign the Master Agreement as well.
We'd like to make sure we have all of your contact info captured correctly, as well as how you'd like to stay connected.
If your preferred payment method is a credit card, we'll use this to clear your invoices on time so you can avoid late fees. Otherwise, this will only be used for software and incidentals that you have approved.
Ah the dreaded 2-factor authentication. It's the stuff of nightmares for us marketers. 😱 But it must be done!
Please be sure we have your current logins (it's a good idea to test them first in an incognito browser window since the login cached in your browser may not be the same as the one you wrote down and delayed accesses will slow your project down). If you're able to turn off your 2FA while we login, that would be great. Otherwise, your Project Manager will coordinate a time with you for us to gain access.
Brand consistency is extremely important. Even if we have already worked together or have had conversations about your brand, we often find that by completing this last form, we'll identify a few nuances that will help position you for success.
Please answer a few questions to give us greater insights into how to represent your brand visually and in words. If you're just launching, please answer as best you can.
Please provide a brief history of your company and any additional information you'd like to include in your content. If it's online somewhere please provide the link.
Please describe your top target clients.
Do you have a brand guide with your logo, fonts and colors? If so, please link to it here or let us know you'll email it to us. If not, let us know your favorites or share a link to a couple of websites or social media accounts you really like.
Other than yourself, if there are other members of your team you would like featured on your website and content, please list their names below. If they have online profiles like LinkedIn where we can source their bios please include those as well.
Do you have a tagline? If so, please provide.

What are the most common objections that clients have that keep them from buying from you? e.g time, money, convenience, etc.

Do you have any testimonials we can use?
If you have these on Google, Facebook, or LinkedIn, you may add the links.
What steps do clients have to take to buy from you?
Example: Schedule a consultation
Can you describe the top 3-4 packages, products, or services that clients can choose when buying from you?
It’s all right if you have more options; we just want to feature the top ones.
On average, how much does a new customer spend with you in a year?
On average, for how long do you retain a customer?
Do you have any valuable content that you can offer potential customers in exchange for their email address?

Our first week together
During your onboarding call we'll review your brand form submission and clarify questions about your brand voice, brand guide & positioning.
Your Project Manager will share a Google Drive folder with you where we'll collaborate on project files.
We'll do all of our internal housekeeping to set up your project, prepare your brandscript, and brief our delivery team members.
If we're sharing a WhatsApp group and don't yet have one, your Project Manager will set it up.
Your Account Manager will be your main point of contact for questions related to strategy and deliverables. Your Project Manager reports to your Account Manager and will provide weekly status updates, as well as schedule meetings and coordinate action items. You'll meet more of our team but we'll coordinate who does what so we can simplify our communications!
